Since posting the Urethral Topper video as well as the picture of it in action on 03/13, I have had several emails wondering where I purchased it as well as various other questions. For those curious....

The Urethral Topper, My name for it but not officially is specifically used to stretch the urethral opening as well as a couple of inches within the urethra itself. And yes, the 2 prongs that are inserted into the urethra does go opposite directions to allow stretching. If desired, a sound can be inserted if the opening is stretched enough but isn’t the actual purpose of the device.
