Not too long ago, I amused Myself with My sissy roxy. Of course as you can see from the 2 pictures below with the burdizzo, tight scrotums are much more difficult to clamp so the more stretched out the scrotum is from the body the better. Recently I came across a nice addition to My Urethral Stretching/Meatotomy equipment. While it's intended purpose isn't for the Urethra, it does a great job.
