MsPatty is again interested in my thoughts since my most recent June, August, & September visits since Judgement Day 2022.
On the physical side, i still have an occasional ache in the right cord where MsPatty clamped ~9 months ago, and She gave it further attention in the last visit. This has become Her reminder that, even if it is still functional, MsPatty has convinced my mind that She had rendered it non-functional. This is a typical example of how She slowly erases my limits, pushing my mind back toward a new line in the sand. Real or not, the next time She goes after it, or maybe goes after the other one, She knows my mind has already gone through the trauma of its loss.
my testosterone levels have fluctuated a bit, but in the greater context, all seem to be in the range of 172-229ng/dL over the past 2+ years. That is just under, or just over, the low-normal line, depending on the clinical age-scale used. i consider its variance to be a combination of life stress, short-term impact by MsPatty's vigorous attention, and testing error margin (i.e. - time of test, sample shipping conditions, and normal lab testing % error). At my current average range, a fluctuation of ~50ng/dL may bring some hot flashes at times. In the larger picture, it's nowhere close to what i need to affect my libido and ability to get natural erections. The strong testosterone levels i knew up until ~4 years ago were easily ~2-3 times higher.
It has recently occurred to me that the 3yr period of 2020-2022 might be considered MsPatty evaluating the results of Her December 2019 activities. The start of this current year (2023) seems to mark Her return to pushing limits. MsPatty again wants more for Her, and less for me. Her current goal is to perfect, in a phrase, The Stolen Orgasm. She wants to extract my meager production of semen, which slowly builds up over several weeks or months of chastity. She attempts this theft via prostate stimulation, and a hollow tube down my urethra, which is in turn connected to a syringe. The syringe is then drawn out, creating a vacuum down my plumbing. The closest parallel i can offer is like a determined partner attempting to extract a 4th release (back in the days of youth...) in a very short period of time. The added frustration for me, of course, is that none of the prior orgasms occurred. my only way enjoy a full orgasm, currently, is i must pursue having actual intercourse with a willing lady. Even then, my only viable option for achieving that is by using MsPatty's pill. Next, i still want to get laid, but i don't have the sexual energy to chase it anymore. my last successful act of sexual intercourse was 6 years ago. my options for achieving it in the future are poor.

Long Distance Banding Update: sub boy r

Immediately after my second banding, my right testicle was smaller and harder than normal. I wondered if this indicated permanent damage, and I won’t lie - part of me wished it was. However, about 30 hours after the banding it had returned to a normal size and consistency.
What hasn’t changed though is the tightening of my scrotum - almost all the time it’s much more constricted than normal. Once or twice I’ve noticed it hanging low, but the norm seems to be a very tight package.
The one problem I’ve had since the second banding is the damage it caused to my scrotum. At the time I assumed the bleeding was due to nicks caused when I cut the band off. But I now realize what happened. The two bands were very close to each other, but caught enough skin between them to cause little blisters, which subsequently became sore wounds. I know now to make sure the second band either overlaps or is so close to the first that no skin damage has been done. Today is the first day (at +12 days) that I don’t have visible raw wounds.
I have maintained the penis banding. I actually do it every 2 or 3 days because I am so happy with the results. I haven’t had an erection (not even a morning erection) for weeks now, and I love it! My penis size has greatly reduced, in fact it seems to be shrinking to nothing - which is another thing I’m very happy about. I took the attached photo today - 12 days after my last banding.

This week I had my second banding session with Mistress Patty.
After the first session a few weeks ago I was sore and tight for about 5 days, but after that I seemed to physically return to how it was before. My libido was definitely down though, which was a good thing. However, I was still getting night-time and morning erections, which I had hoped would reduce. Just to be clear, I have no fantasies about the actual act of castration; there is nothing sexual or arousing about the thought of the castration process itself. For me, I get excited about what comes next - living in a castrated state. Not in a gender transformation sense, but more like a pre-pubescent boy, an age of innocence: no libido, no urges.
While I was banded I found myself wondering whether Mistress Patty would make me keep the bands on long enough to destroy my testicles - she has told me it is always possible she could do that. We will see in a few days whether there is any permanent damage. The main feeling though was euphoria. A sense of achievement that another step on the journey has been taken, and a sense of fulfillment knowing that this is the right journey for me. And I am lucky to have the best guide possible to share the journey with!

sub jason’s 15 Month Summary Update
In the period before each visit to MsPatty, She would have me do lead-up chastity, and months of scrotum stretching. i would be instructed to wear the weight/spacer rings for several hours each day. i would easily get spontaneously hard during that time with the constant tug between my thighs, but never permitted a release. i was also to use a parachute a few times a week, with several lbs attached for a shorter period of time. By the fall of 2019, the chastity lead up period had reached 3+ months. The stretching was sufficient that MsPatty had successfully infused 2000cc or similar amounts earlier in the year. i also had not had sex in over 2 years at that point. MsPatty knew She had me well on edge as the December 2019 visit approached.
As verbally promised the November prior, MsPatty’s hour banding in December had quickly shut down Her testicles between my thighs. Within hours, as my testosterone levels fell, 3+ months of chastity’s hormonal edge faded, and the early symptoms of castration would appear by the next morning. Her surprise needles of Everclear are now known to have had a devastating internal effect. Some permanent damage seems apparent, producing in this long and frustrating recovery. Measurable healing gains are now difficult to identify, implying it has slowed or stopped. Although testicle volume has steadily improved, they remain smaller, firmer, and less functional. As one year passed, my overall testosterone level was much lower than most healthy males. Considering the amount of time which has passed, my hopes for a full recovery have faded. i had speculative hope for an 80% recovery one year ago. Even that now seems unlikely. Some significant level of permanent sexual dysfunction seems inevitable.
Since MsPatty’s modifications that December 2019 evening, the weight rings and parachute openings are now too large, and they eventually slip off. The spontaneous erections from lead up chastity no longer happen. The erections made possible from manual stimulation and best effort are reduced, about ~1" less and some loss of girth. Explaining my struggle for release control, recovery, and it's quantity/quality is complex because they are all related. The simplest version is that an average release from manual stimulation is possible after about a week of abstinence. i have no viable capacity for 'round two' immediately after. With the poor erections/high maintenance effort to stay hard comes very weak release control. The overall zone where penis and scrotum connect to my torso are at times slightly sunken/atrophied when compared to memories and pictures from prior. The scrotum has retained much of the stretch achieved despite no stretching since just before that visit.
What began over 5 years ago as a journey exploring castration fantasy has become much more. MsPatty has told me that Her modifications to Her testicles between my thighs on December 26, 2019, have instead greatly exceeded Her expectations. She said last July that She sheds no tears over the dramatic blow my libido has taken, nor the resulting erectile dysfunction. In hindsight, i departed Her space the next morning a castrate male possessing only my memories of sex from 35+ years before. my reports of frustration and struggle since continue to entertain Her dreams and fantasies. Another full testosterone test will be sent off during my next visit to MsPatty. It has been 15 months since i knew a strong libido, and the sexual rewards it once brought me.

This journey exploring castration fantasy? with MsPatty began over 5 years ago when She reclaimed ownership of Her balls between my thighs. Since then, it included several brushes with a diminished libido along the way. This time, the experience has been more reality than fantasy.
In hindsight, i was able to indulge in many rewarding heterosexual activities for ~40 years...until December 26, 2019. That evening, MsPatty left Her mark, equal to Her Infinity brand, deep inside her testicles between my thighs. The ~14 months since then have been a struggle to regain a libido and viable sexual function. It now seems as though the healing process has slowed. What has already returned may be all that is going to.
Reviewing MsPatty’s testicle volume measurements since their acute atrophy ~1 year ago, indicates a steady physical recovery. Both have recovered to an average volume range. my testosterone level tests have not shown the same promising results. They are providing much less testosterone than before. Their feel is still smaller than i recall. Also, during self-examinations, firmer internal contours hint at MsPatty’s changes inside.
Even with world events as they are, several opportunities appeared to enjoy sex with a lady friend. They were all missed because i am unable to participate. It has been a repeated source of amusement for MsPatty knowing Her part in the reason why.
In March, another full testosterone test is planned as is an exam visit. Unless the test results provide an encouraging result, my opportunity window for further improvement appears to be closing. Whether temporary or permanent, MsPatty remains thrilled that these memories of becoming sexually inadequate will remain with me forever.
