After Effects: sub jason 5 yrs
For Judgment Day 2024, MsPatty has requested my summary update.
The short version: MsPatty has been quite active this year with Her boys between my thighs. Over several visits, She has further reduced their volume and their apparent functionality. As a result, my testosterone level has taken a hit over a good portion of the year, my release output has changed, and erectile dysfunction continues.
In review, for Judgement Day 2023, MsPatty enjoyed using Her acrylic press, the wide silicon bands, and Her needles filled with Everclear. The results seemed to be relatively mild, though. my testosterone level had been hovering just above the low-normal line at ~220 since the October 2023 test. It remained close to that for the next test in February 2024.
In March, MsPatty achieved the stolen orgasm that She desired. While She stimulated my prostate, i struggled to achieve an orgasm. While my struggle occurred, Her syringe, via a tube inserted deep down mr penis, drew out the fluids my prostate was leaking. The vacuum extracted what was available, emptying me. She essentially suctioned all of my stored semen out via a form of prostate milking. I was left drained; still wanting for a release...
To begin the April visit, MsPatty amused Herself with Her acrylic press card game, which included a deck of cards, electro pads, and Her boys. The card's various colors and values resulted in the screws being turned tighter by various amounts, or more electro being delivered. By the end of the deck, She had compressed Her boys the most they had ever been. MsPatty then decided to 'take Her boys down a notch' - Her own words when i later asked. She banded them with a heavy castration band, and followed that with Her Burdizzo, clamping down most of the way on the right cord. Some Everclear was then injected into both of Her banded boys and stirred the needle inside. By the next T-test in June, my testosterone had noticeably declined ~25% to 166. As the swelling subsided, both of Her boys would gain contour changes, and each had lost additional volume.
The July visit had more finger crushing, cord stretching, the acrylic press, multiple reflex-hammer strikes, a banding, and heavier Burdizzo clamping at multiple points along both cords. Both of Her boys were again swollen for weeks afterward. The left cord had a kind of knot in it for awhile. The right cord continued to have an ache similar to Judgement Day 2022 through much of the fall.
During the mid-September visit, while my inhibitions were altered by 'pollution', MsPatty placed all three types of bands at the same time - the fat silicon, the thick amber castration band, and the heavy black castration band. A fat silicon band was also placed on the shaft of mr penis for ~15-20 minutes. MsPatty then scarred a line over the top of mr penis' helmet with a scalpel. Later on, MsPatty's fingers wandered, pressing deeply into both cords. A testosterone test was taken the next morning. A week later the results indicated a further ~13% drop in testosterone (from 166) to 144. This level was very close to the lowest seen since full T-testing began in September 2020. Now, 3 months later, the most recent test has reported my testosterone has returned to 222. This is still deemed clinically normal for my age, but at the lowermost edgeof that definition. This was also around the level i had been at just past Judgment Day 2023.
Over the later part of this past year, i have noticed that the sudden hot or cold flashes from MsPatty's spring and summer activity have gradually subsided. At the same time, with cooler weather, maintaining a comfortable body temperature at bedtime is again a challenge. i tend to feel cold when laying down despite a steady room temperature. Then it seems i occasionally wake up overly warm, more often toward 4-5am. I think it is because my testosterone level naturally rises a little during the overnight but is at a low at bedtime from daytime activities. Physically, MsPatty's boys between my thighs measure smaller than last year. They still produce nowhere near enough to gain/maintain an erection naturally.
Although my T-level has returned to the more recent low-normal level, my release output mix has been further affected. Since the spring and summer, unless i abstain for full week, any release tends to be merely thin dribble. If i wait longer, which I try to, i usually produce a single blob with some white in it followed by thinner dribble. It doesn't feel like i am 'shooting' much of anything, at least compared to what i remember >5 years ago, or even the last few years. i miss the strong pulsing orgasms i used to experience, but when i tell MsPatty, She just chuckles at what She has changed. The urge to have a release (frequency) also varies. Sometimes it’s a week, give or take, before the urge strikes. At other times, it can seem like i need to release several times in a row (only hours between) even though i know i cannot produce or enjoy it much. Considering the frequent efforts MsPatty has directed at the cords, sperm production/delivery from Her boys to where it mixes in my prostate appears to have suffered.
Even though MsPatty has granted me permission to have sex with a willing partner, i.e. - if an opportunity arises, i may use Her erection pill and attempt to copulate... i lack any interest to pursue. i have little to no libido to draw upon. When MsPatty has me take Her pill during a visit, it doesn't feel like i have an erection. Even if i did succeed in entering a relationship with another woman, i lack the confidence in my physical ability to penetrate her. Also, pursuing a relationship which might lead to sexual relations has a sobering reality. Hiding what MsPatty has done between my thighs will be impossible. my partner would eventually learn that MsPatty owns Her boys between my thighs.
In the end, MsPatty admits to being selfish... She has repeated many times that Her boys between my thighs belong to Her. It is quite obvious She is not really into sharing them...

It's been almost 2 months since MsPatty last had Her way with Her boys between my thighs. MsPatty has requested that i compile another update.
For those that were surprised at some of MsPatty's activities, the feeling was fairly mutual. An enema, catheter, and some form of sensory deprivation are all fairly common. Her frequent use of the wide silicone bands makes them very likely. The acrylic press, electro, and the card game was somewhat expected based on e-mail exchanges we recently had. However, Her choice to then inject 3cc of Everclear into Her boys, the heavy needle stirring inside, and being banded during this with the heavy castration band for ~25 minutes were not expected. When i asked Her where the impulse came from, Her response was that She decided to 'take Her boys down a notch'. i am not sure how many notches they have left to go down. Although some more time needs to pass to evaluate the effects, i have little doubt that MsPatty has likely caused further long-term impact to Her boys between my thighs.
In the hours, days and several weeks which followed, both testicles were swollen and very sensitive. As the sensitivity to pressure gradually declined a ~month later, each began to atrophy and harden. The left has lost the most overall volume but remains the slightly larger of the two. Both are currently very firm, with surface contouring which can be described as pebble-like. They have roundness, but also indentations, or small bumps across some parts of their surface. They are similar to the effects described in my private updates to MsPatty back in early 2020. The right cord continues to have an occasional ache from MsPatty's Dec. 2022 burdizzo clamping.
Since the events in April, i have noticed hot flashes returning more frequently, almost daily, and sometimes twice a day. The only difference is there have not been any obvious trigger activities i can determine as before. The urge to release has declined to about once a week. At the same time, i have trouble remembering the last time unless i write them down immediately. my releases have less overall thickness, a slightly lower average liquid amounts, and i can feel that i have very little to ejaculate. my current libido would seem to be lower than it was over the recent winter and the past few years. If the 2019-2020 experience is any indicator, it could be another 3-5 weeks before i may feel a slight return of what little libido i may retain.
i recently realized that my memories of sexual activities with past partners have become quite difficult to recall. i have to review the list MsPatty extracted from me several years ago to revisit some mere highlights. Overall, daily and weekly thoughts about sex have declined even further than what was after MsPatty's activities in December 2019, although no 'void' in the pelvic area appeared this time. i notice now that my general interest in meeting new women is quickly overridden by a combination of fear and embarrassment... for what will be their eventual discovery? but the sexual failure MsPatty has engineered between my thighs. At some point in the past year, during a visit's conversation, i made a statement to MsPatty that, "She has effectively ruined me for other women." With a sudden bright smile on Her face, She replied, "Mmmm... Yes. I certainly have, haven't I?", and proceeded to chuckle in Her most evil way for a while...
MsPatty desires another T-test in a few weeks, just prior to me bringing Her boys to visit Her again for their birthday.

MsPatty is again interested in my thoughts since my most recent June, August, & September visits since Judgement Day 2022.
On the physical side, i still have an occasional ache in the right cord where MsPatty clamped ~9 months ago, and She gave it further attention in the last visit. This has become Her reminder that, even if it is still functional, MsPatty has convinced my mind that She had rendered it non-functional. This is a typical example of how She slowly erases my limits, pushing my mind back toward a new line in the sand. Real or not, the next time She goes after it, or maybe goes after the other one, She knows my mind has already gone through the trauma of its loss.
my testosterone levels have fluctuated a bit, but in the greater context, all seem to be in the range of 172-229ng/dL over the past 2+ years. That is just under, or just over, the low-normal line, depending on the clinical age-scale used. i consider its variance to be a combination of life stress, short-term impact by MsPatty's vigorous attention, and testing error margin (i.e. - time of test, sample shipping conditions, and normal lab testing % error). At my current average range, a fluctuation of ~50ng/dL may bring some hot flashes at times. In the larger picture, it's nowhere close to what i need to affect my libido and ability to get natural erections. The strong testosterone levels i knew up until ~4 years ago were easily ~2-3 times higher.
It has recently occurred to me that the 3yr period of 2020-2022 might be considered MsPatty evaluating the results of Her December 2019 activities. The start of this current year (2023) seems to mark Her return to pushing limits. MsPatty again wants more for Her, and less for me. Her current goal is to perfect, in a phrase, The Stolen Orgasm. She wants to extract my meager production of semen, which slowly builds up over several weeks or months of chastity. She attempts this theft via prostate stimulation, and a hollow tube down my urethra, which is in turn connected to a syringe. The syringe is then drawn out, creating a vacuum down my plumbing. During the stimulation process, known as milking, As my prostate begins to relax, fluids are drawn from it along with sperm from my seminal vesicles, without reaching a climax. i am left with the chastity edge i started with. Were i to be pulled over the (now much higher to reach) edge, i have nothing to affect a discharge (dry/ruined). my recovery window to produce more, typical of the past few years, is almost a week.
The closest parallel i can offer is like a determined partner attempting to extract a 4th release (back in the days of youth...) in a very short period of time. The male's store of semen/fluids is exhausted by that point. Some might describe it as a 'dry orgasm'. The added frustration for me, of course, is that none of the prior orgasms occurred. my only way enjoy a full orgasm, currently, is i must pursue having actual intercourse with a willing lady. Even then, my only viable option for achieving that is by using MsPatty's pill. Next, i still want to get laid, but i don't have the sexual energy to chase it anymore. my last successful act of sexual intercourse was 6 years ago. my options for achieving it in the future are poor.
It seems the focus of MsPatty's side activities this year have also shifted a bit. Since December, She has resumed Her focus on the smaller, presumably weaker, testicle, mentioned above. Another theme seems to be MsPatty's more frequent interest in stretching, crushing, and generally reinforcing Her desire for Her boys to be closer to Her, and further away from me. This last visit included sequential layering of 7 of the thick silicone bands. In the meantime, MsPatty has already hinted at some other activities She has been craving. Since prior to Judgement Day 2022, She has used Her magnificent endowment, 'Her Girls' as she refers to them, to entice and distract my mind a number of times and ways, while physically expressing Her 'Love' to Her boys between my thighs.

From nearly three years ago (May 2020), sub jason filled out this form created from points of castration experiences made by others after his experience on Judgement Day 2019, and each year since. his answers then, up through now, appear side-by-side:
For the first month or so:
You may not physically feel any different, although the internal feeling that something is missing slowly creeps in.
5Mos: Generally true, but the first 2 weeks was masked mostly by organ swelling and regional pain.
1yr5mos: i feel sexually inadequate between my thighs.
2yrs5mos: i long for that strong feeling between my thighs to return, but it's merely a echo of a memory.
Now: It has been so long since i had a libido, i can barely remember what it feels like to have one.
You will gradually lose your sex drive.
5Mos: i had little to none soon after until about 3+ months later. While some has returned, it's still currently low.
1yr5mos: The interest has returned. The ability to perform has not.
2yrs5mos: The interest is in my mind but being unable to physically respond is a constant frustration.
Now: If one can call what i occasionally feel a sex drive, it may just be distant memories echoing.
Emotionally, you tend to want to masturbate more and more, while it is still possible.
5Mos: This was true, but i held myself to about twice a week for release measurement purposes. The urge to know if they were still working was the prominent interest.
1yr5mos: After any release, the desire/interest to do so disappears for at least 2-3 days.
2yrs5mos: While a release after much of a week of abstaining generates some reasonable fluid output (one to two mostly liquid pulses), it is very short in euphoric reward. Another release sooner is dribbling and unrewarding.
Now: Masturbation barely produces a release of more than a small blob and some drizzle after Judgement Day 2022, even after a week recharge. Soon after a release, i have the urge to masturbate again, but i know i won't have anything left to emit. After several hours pass the urge goes away for a around a ~week.
Past a few weeks to a month:
You will have random hot flashes and night sweats, and they may continue for weeks, months, or more.
5Mos: True, and they continued with slightly less intensity past 3 months, but rare now at 5 months.
1yr5mos: i still feel the occasional random hot flash, and with hotter evenings or more physical activity being the potential trigger.
2yrs5mos: They are not as frequent as a year ago, but still random, yet tied to physical activity when they do occur.
Now: After the last Judgement Day 2022, i felt more than several hot flashes over the following week, and then they subsided again.
Your penis will slowly shrink and atrophy.
5Mos: It lost ~20% of it's former erect length, unknown girth loss (erect) in the initial weeks. It has regained about half of what length was lost.
1yr5mos: i have not regained any additional capacity, and achieving that firmness remains an effort. Where i used to feel it when erections were happening, i now only seem to notice when a semi-erection is retracting.
2yrs5mos: Only a very minor change noticed since last year. On some mornings, the hint of a little more thickness sometimes appears, but it is barely noticeable.
Now: After the last Judgement Day 2022, it seems retracted slightly more often than it was prior.
Your penis will lose sensitivity, with physical contact becoming more like any other part of your skin.
5Mos: True. It has since regained some sensitivity after 3+ months, but not back to what it was.
1yr5mos: The sensitivity level is about the same as it was a year ago and affects my ability to become and stay aroused.
2yrs5mos: i remain about the same as a year ago, with the ongoing erectile dysfunction / lack of sensitivity / inability to remain erect.
Now: About the same as last report.
As your testicles atrophy, you will lose most of the sexual feelings once centered in your groin region.
5Mos: It had produced a void feeling in the region soon after, for several weeks, which dissipated to neutral and a slight recovery after some hormone production rebounded near 3+ months.
1yr5mos: Some additional feeling has returned, along with interest, but it has not translated into much additional functionality.
2yrs5mos: The drive, or strength, that once emanated from my groin remains absent, with no notable improvement in the past year.
Now: There has not been any further atrophy since Judgement Day 2022, but my groin has no notable feeling or drive to initiate sex.
Your testicles will lose mass, and your scrotum will shrink.
5Mos: They lost ~50% in volume and have only recently regained a small of that amount back.
1yr5mos: Although volume measurements indicate to a return to low-normal human size, visually they are only about 2/3 their former size.
2yrs5mos: Measurements have stopped as their relative size remains about constant to what was about a year ago.
Now: After the last Judgement Day 2022, they again were swollen, with the smaller right exceeding the size of the left for about 3 weeks. They remain more firm than normal, although the size/ratio between them is back to about what it was 2 months ago.
Erections will become less firm, then weak, until they become impossible to achieve.
5Mos: Erections became difficult with physical stimulation, impossible to achieve by mental efforts, and only recently improved a little approaching 4-5 months.
1yr5mos: i remain unable to gain and maintain any erection without physical stimulation, and it's quality remains reduced.
2yrs5mos: Other than the minor thickening noted on some mornings, nothing else has improved with my erection without the use of an enhancement pill
Now: After the last Judgement Day 2022, it has become harder to generate an erection from physical stimulation, although still possible.
M/F sexual dysphoria will be reduced.
M/Eunuch sexual dysphoria will be reduced.
You may experience more emotional episodes.
All three - Not an issue before at any point.
Longer Term: COVID isolation protocol has made some of this difficult to directly attribute.
You will likely gain abdominal fat.
No change in weight @ 2+ months, but heavier at 5 months and more so a year later due to world events (COVID) and reduced physical of activity. i remain heavier and find it difficult much of the time to motivate to get the extra exercise needed to take it off.
You will stop looking at women within a sexual context.

i filled out MsPatty's First Contact questionnaire over 7 years ago. i listed an interest in castration fantasy, which MsPatty was quite pleased to learn.
Over the course of the next 4 years, that fantasy was explored in different ways. She attempted several times to cause deeper effects over many visits.
On December 26, 2019, i experienced the loss of all testosterone production as a result of the hour banding, producing the effects of castration, as She planned. i had hinted during the Fall lead up conversations that maybe the Everclear from two years prior might play a part, and MsPatty carpe diem. The effects of the added Everclear, used together with the hour banding, have proven to be a devastating permanent effect.
MsPatty remains thrilled that i continue to struggle with low testosterone, and the frustration of sexual inadequacy. MsPatty wanted a long-term reminder and succeeded well beyond Her expectations. Although there had been small gains in most every quarterly testosterone tests through 2022, additional damage from Judgement Day 2022 appears to have negated much of that progress.
MsPatty points out that i can, with focused effort or a pill, get hard and be driven to release some small amount of semen. She explains further that this technically means i am not castrated. i know my reproductive system has been highly compromised by MsPatty's modifications. The net effect in my daily experience is that i continue to suffer most of the effects of castration.

Rewind Time...sub jason
Before the Burdizzo, there was the Tri-bander. As sub jason lay completely helpless with legs spread wide, I began to apply bands one after another till, I reached 4.
With the 4 bands overlapping one another, the pressure was on for sub jason till I decided to use My scalpel. This time, I removed the bands after 25 minutes. Such a lovely shade of grape purple. <wicked grin>
During those 25 minutes as My balls between his thighs slowly turned cold, I decided that I wanted to see them under clear acrylic. Pressed meat anyone? LOL

Facing Judgment Day...sub jason.
On Saturday, December 31st, 2022, sub jason faced My judgment, his judgment day. In the afternoon, he arrived as instructed and soon after was locked into My cage for a couple of hours till I was ready to begin. The hours in the cage also allowed his anticipation to grow.
After allowing him to stew in My cage, I released him and ordered him onto the bed to administer enemas in preparation for the night which took a while. Once he was clean as a whistle, I introduced him to a couple of "games." The Stretch & Shout game is a person favorite involving My balls between his thighs tied to one end of the bed and My cleavage at the other end. The goal was for him to reach My large breast without using his hands. The only way to achieve this is to stretch My balls. <wicked grin>
After enjoying him for a while, it was time for him to face the verdict. The verdict, I used the burdizzo to clamp the smaller/weaker testicle. In the coming weeks, we will know whether or not the clamping was a success. The remaining testicle, I have allowed him to use for another year.
